Split three ways between Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier this organic Champagne comes from a parcel in the village of Trigny, near Merfy. Egly-Ouriet has been described as "Burgundy with bubbles," farmer fizz that gets tons of respect. This complex and zesty Champagne is sought after by many, and we've got dibs on it for shellfish and all the raw bar favorites.
